Berlin, Germany —
A violent incident involving members of the Afghan civil society community in Germany has drawn widespread attention and condemnation after prominent online activist Khalid Tajik was allegedly attacked by Haji Ramin and Sabawoon, who are reportedly the brothers of well-known social figure Lamar.

According to statements made by Khalid Tajik, the incident began when Ramin and Sabawoon invited him for tea earlier this week. Following their meeting, they reportedly asked him to accompany them to a nearby park. What began as a friendly conversation allegedly escalated into a physical confrontation.
Tajik claims that once in the park, Ramin, Sabawoon, and a third unidentified individual physically assaulted him and attempted to remove his clothing, an act considered a serious offense under German criminal law.

Under German law, forcibly removing another person’s clothes without consent is classified as a criminal act and can be treated as an attempted sexual assault or an act intended to humiliate or harm the victim, especially if intended for filming or public exposure.
Tajik sustained injuries during the altercation and has since received medical treatment. He stated that he plans to press formal charges against the alleged attackers.
German authorities have not yet released an official statement, but the incident has already stirred heated debate within Afghan diaspora social media circles, where both activists and community members have called for a transparent investigation and justice.
Observers note that such disputes within the Afghan activist community in Europe reflect growing tensions among exiled political and civil society groups, many of whom continue to engage in advocacy related to Afghanistan’s ongoing humanitarian and political crises.
