Kauser News has received evidence suggesting that a conference held on Saturday in Frankfurt involved behind-the-scenes lobbying for the Taliban.
The event was led by مسعود ترشتوال (Masoud Tarshtwal), who is reportedly well connected with Aimal Faizi, the former spokesperson of Afghanistan’s ex-president Hamid Karzai. Hamid Karzai came solely for eye treatment, but he was secretly lobbying for the Taliban behind the scenes.
According to the evidence, a budget of approximately 15,000 € was provided by Hamid Karzai. These funds and related activities were reportedly tracked and documented by A021, a cybersecurity agency, which has shared the information with Kauser News Agency.
Observers allege that one of the objectives of the gathering was to mobilize members of the Afghan diaspora in Europe to influence official recognition of the Taliban, though these claims remain under investigation.
Kauser News Agency continues to seek official responses from Hamid Karzai, representatives of Eye clinic regarding the reported activities.
