Ahmad Saeedi, a political affairs expert, said to the Kauser News Journalist that “In any case, I want to express that the failure was not military or economic briefly; rather, it was an absolute political failure. Incompetent and sensationalist politicians caused Afghanistan to suffer a political defeat.”
He also noted that economic failure can be repaired over time, and military failure can be remedied with structural reorganization.
Repairing a political failure is very time-consuming and challenging. It means educating the youth to replace these discredited and unscrupulous politicians.
Saeedi emphasized, “Until we prepare conscious and responsible politicians in Afghanistan, people don’t fall for their manipulation, and this shameful failure will haunt us all.”
According to Ahmad Saeedi, the lack of political awareness and understanding, aimlessness, irresponsibility, and lack of commitment among the leaders led to the loss of time for the evolution of the country’s political, social, cultural, economic, and civil life. Now society is trapped in a cycle that begins at the same initial point. The leaders of the community, with all their whispers of national unity, national interests, high-level national interests, collective interests, and brotherhood, prioritized fleeing over national interests, leaving the country. And even now, as it still stands, the government is burning in a state of national, social, and ethnic uncertainty.
Recently, he placed the primary blame for the events of August 15th on the shoulders of the political leaders, stating that the self-interests of past leaders have put our country and people in a situation where everyone is exposed to terrorist and fascist groups in the field, barefoot and without any defense mechanisms, due to the lack of political and social coherence.
