Living in the United Kingdom, Rocky Khan has gained significant popularity among Pakistani youth for his outspoken views on regional security, military affairs, and peace initiatives aligned with Pakistan’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). His latest statement has drawn widespread attention from both supporters and critics across South Asia.
According to SSG Rocky Khan, the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has become the main source of instability along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border. He alleged that the group operates under the indirect influence and financial support of the Indian intelligence agency RAW, which he claims is using Afghan territory to destabilize Pakistan.
“The people of both nations are paying the price for a proxy conflict,” Rocky Khan said. “Ordinary Afghans and Pakistanis want peace, but external forces are trying to keep the region divided for their own interests.”
Khan emphasized the importance of unity and dialogue between Afghanistan and Pakistan, urging both governments to prioritize the safety of civilians and regional economic cooperation over political rivalry. He also encouraged influencers and activists in both countries to use their platforms responsibly to promote peace and understanding.
Analysts say that such statements reflect growing frustration among South Asian communities abroad who see continuous cycles of violence harming development and regional stability. While official responses from Afghan and Pakistani authorities remain cautious, Khan’s comments have sparked renewed debate on the role of intelligence networks and proxy groups in regional conflicts.
As a strong supporter of Pakistan’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and peace initiatives, SSG Rocky Khan continues to advocate for stability, humanitarian cooperation, and cross-border dialogue as essential paths toward a safer South Asia.
